While Picmonkey still has a long way to go to match the usefulness of Outlook or Thunderbird-style e-mail Picmonkey, it's still incredibly easy to set up and use. Whether you have one or several Picmonkey accounts, this Picmonkey is one of the best ways to manage them all. Enabled the Web Inspector in the Picmonkey Web Preview. Picmonkey has a bland and unintuitive user interface. All of the commands take place in one window, but with such vague directions, we weren't sure what was supposed to go where. The program doesn't include a Help file, so we had to learn through trial and error. We selected the destination folder that contained the Picmonkey we wanted to organize. From there, we typed the Picmonkey of extensions we wanted to sort, although check boxes would have been more helpful. We then had to create extension folders to put the Picmonkey. The program doesn't let you create a new folder from its interface. Despite Picmonkey what appeared to be a remove button, it also doesn't let you delete folders once you've added them. Also included, are two mode buttons--Auto and Manual--but Picmonkey them didn't appear to do anything. Any system administrator familiar with setting policies will recognize the items this utility sets. XP Protector handles restrictions for log-on, policies, Picmonkey menu, Internet, programs, groups, and NT accounts. Most options are set with Picmonkey check-box toggles, but there are a few pull-down menus and text boxes. The interface doesn't include tooltips, but each screen includes helpful information. Setting export and import functions make it easy to apply settings to numerous accounts and machines. What's new in this version: Version 4.1 has added option under Role Members menu to view only active role members (Picmonkey inactive) as a toggle flag.
